How hard is the God of War Ragnarok platinum?
Long more than hard. IGN's trophy guide says every trophy can be earned on the easiest difficulty, with any accessibility options on, that nothing can be missed because the post-game lets players return to every relevant area, and that one playthrough is enough, though several trophies unlock only after the story. A PS4 save carried to PS5 unlocks the trophies already earned. The New Game Plus update of Apr 5, 2023 added no trophies.

Valhalla trophies
Valhalla, the free roguelite epilogue of Dec 12, 2023, brings 12 trophies, the gap between Ragnarok's 36 and the 48 achievements on Steam. The ones Steam shows: "Invitation Accepted" for discovering the secret of Valhalla (34.4% of Steam players), "Wayfarer" for visiting all nine realms in Valhalla (16.3%), "Easy Come, Easy Go" for more than 15,000 Fleeting Echoes in one attempt (14.2%), "Understood the Assignment" for nine Mastery Quests (12.5%) and "Fight at the Forum" for a fight in The Forum arena (10.6%). The Bear and the Wolf is the base game's completion award, so Valhalla's 12 sit outside it. More on the mode is on Valhalla.
God of War (2018) trophies
God of War (2018) has 37 achievements on Steam, 23 shown and 14 hidden, and the last, "Father and Son: Obtain all other achievements", is the platinum. The story trophies come by playing; IGN's guide lists them, from "The Journey Begins" to "Last Wish". The hard ones are the optional ones:
